Job Description:

1.Work with EHS, Finance and User department to define the Scope of project, estimate the cost and prepare the ACT documents;
2.Work with Purchasing on select the supplier through purchasing policy;
3.Monitoring the project from design until start up to ensure all safety regulations were 100% followed, project meet the quality requirement, time line and cost within budget;
4.Lead the process of start up and turn key transfer to the user department and the maintenance team;
5.Lead the CIP review process and be responsible all live projects;

Job requirement:

1.Minimal three years project management experience with a multi-National company. At least has experience to handle a project greater than USD10MM
2.Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, mechanical engineering or equivalent.
3.Fluency in writing and speaking Mandarin and English.
4.Good PC skills on AutoCAD and other OA software.
