Job description:
- Expand sales of full range of this company products in assigned territory; - Regular visit customers' key managers, point of sales and 2 nd TL customers; - Develop new customers and sales channels in assigned territory according to market development, customer potential and sales targets assigned; - Handle market intelligence in assigned territory, especially follow up customers' and competitors' activity and deliver relevant information to marketing department; - Ensure company sales policy being implemented in assigned territory; -Responsible for preparation and creation of commercial offers, contract review on the basis of organization and quality requirements; -To obtain, to analyze and to communicate the strategies and targets of the customers; -Responsible for product, turnover and volume planning; -Leading and coordination of the worldwide sales team for the different CAS BU and regions
Job requirement:
-Commercial or engineering degree; -Fluent Chinese and English; -Demonstrated 5 years of sales experience in automotive industry -Strong people management skills, good communication skills -Excellent presentation skills; -Team work, strong negotiation and organization skills;
